Being in the middle of downtown, there comes the typical hustle and bustle you'd expect to find. We don't have designated parking spots, but we recommend the Bank of America parking garage nearby. Rates vary with seasonality and local events, typically $25-$40+/day. Street parking is free 7pm-8am and all day Sunday.

We have the coolest exposed ceilings and brick in this unit that really showcases the rustic design and historic charm. Sometimes these ceilings have some sawdust that falls from them from time to time. Therefore if you do find anything that looks like sand when you first arrive, it has fallen after our cleaning team had a chance to sweep it up. But don't worry! It's just a little dust ;)

Security Camera Notice:

For the safety and security of all our guests, please be advised that the property is equipped with active security cameras located exclusively outside the home. These cameras are positioned to monitor the exterior front door and the outdoor hallway areas only.

There are no cameras inside the property or in any private or indoor living spaces. The purpose of these outdoor cameras is solely to enhance guest safety and prevent unauthorized access.

IMPORTANT:
To help ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection. You may choose a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers minor accidental incidents and is our most convenient and guest-preferred option. Alternatively, you may opt for a fully refundable Security Deposit, which is returned in full after your stay, provided no damage is reported.
